The truck’s paint and trim are in overall very good order and the bodywork is straight and solid. The cargo area is in similar condition. The engine bay is very tidy and the battery appears new. The chrome and silver corrugated metal bumpers fit tightly to the body. This truck rolls on new Goodyear Wranglers, size 235/75R15 at all four corners with 1023 date codes. Each one is mounted to a factory wheel, with manual locking front hubs. There is four-wheel drive with a Dana 20 transfer case, a Dana 30 front axle, a Dana 44 rear axle with Power-Lok limited-slip differential and a 3.73:1 rear end. It has dual gas tanks.Under the hood is an upgraded 304 CID V-8 engine with a recently rebuilt Holley two-barrel carburetor. The engine has new points and a condenser. There is also a new brake master cylinder. The motor is married to a Borg-Warner T-18 four-speed manual transmission. Driver convenience features include aftermarket air-conditioning. A/C compressor does not engage.Inside, the blue vinyl front bucket seats and rear bench seat are in decent shape. There are new floor mats in place, front and rear, a two-spoke steering wheel frames a full array of Auto Meter gauges fitted in the dashboard. The dark blue metal dashboard and matching inner door panels are in satisfactory shape and include a set of aftermarket gauges.
